Community Art Event featuring Kamea Hadar

Hotel Herringbone, a new boutique hotel slated to open in Waco in 2024, is honoring the Waco arts and community at its future location in downtown Waco on Friday, July 21, starting at 6:30 pm. The evening event will offer a sneak peek of the hotel’s early stages of construction while also celebrating their new mural designed by renowned muralist Kamea Hadar.

Hadar’s work has evolved from the canvas to large-scale murals and installations of traditional portraiture that can be found in cities across the world. He will be present and actively working on the mural during the evening, and guests are able to meet him and speak to him about his inspiration.
