When it comes to investing in our planet, science talks, and through collaboration and community participation, we can create a more sustainable future for everyone. This April, the Mayborn Museum invites you to be a part of Earth Day and help further climate action across the globe.
Friday, April 22
- 12 pm – 2 pm: Sarah VerPloeg discusses the harm that pesticides cause outside of their intended use.
Saturday, April 23
- 1 pm – 3 pm: Jenee Cyran discusses pollutants in the environment.
- 2 pm – 4 pm: Melissa Mullins and Baylor Stream Team celebrate Earth Day and conduct water quality testing.
- 11 am – 1 pm: The Baylor Science Fellows teach science through hands-on activities.
