Growing Pens Poetry Slam

The second Growing Pens Poetry Slam is on Thursday night at Common Grounds with three timed rounds:
- Round 1: 3 min to perform (10 sec grace period)
- Round 2: 3 min to perform (10 sec grace period)
- Round 3: 1 min to perform (10 sec grace period)
Accepting up to 12 poets. Sign up online to be one of the performing poets. The winner, based upon a unanimous crowd vote, will receive a $50 prize.
Doors open at 7 pm; poetry slam starts at 8 pm.
