Cotton Palace Park Master Plan

The City of Waco will host a public meeting on Tuesday, October 25, to discuss ongoing master planning efforts for the future of Cotton Palace Park, one of Waco’s oldest parks.
Topics include:
- Overview of the park’s context, history, and usage
- Review of project goals and public feedback to-date
- Visuals of potential improvements
Representatives from Waco Parks and Recreation, along with members of the consultant team led by Walker Partners, will be available to answer questions and collect community feedback.
