The City of Waco Solid Waste Department is celebrating America Recycles Day by hosting Scrap Tire Collection Day on Saturday, November 18, from 7 am to 12 pm.
This event is for Waco residents only. Residents can pre-register online, via phone at ( 254) 299-2606, or by emailing soildwasteinfo@wacotx.gov.
