Adrienne Cain and Stephen Sloan of the Baylor Oral History department lead the Waco Walks Black History Month Walk on February 11. During this exploration of downtown with an emphasis on the impact and legacy of African Americans in Waco, learn stories of Paul Quinn College, A. J. Moore High School, The Farmers’ Improvement Society, and much more.
Meet at 10 am on the steps of McLennan County Courthouse on Washington Avenue.
